Shipping policy

We offer delivery throughout South Africa using either our own delivery service or a trusted private courier.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer.
• While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

• FREE delivery for orders of 12 bottles or more.
• A flat shipping fee of R150 applies to orders under 12 bottles.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
